Miska wallet

Last updated 4 November 2026.

In short. The Miska wallet is money you hold with us, kept on your account. You can spend it on anything in the shop, including the delivery charge. It never expires. It cannot be withdrawn as cash and cannot be sent to a bank account.

What it is

Your wallet is a balance on your Miska account. When there is money in it, you can use it on your next order. You do not need a code. You do not have to do anything to turn it on.

How money gets in

It is always your choice. A refund is never put in the wallet unless you pick that.

How to spend it

It does not expire

Wallet money has no end date. It stays in your wallet until you spend it.

It cannot be withdrawn as cash

Wallet money can only be spent in the Miska shop. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, paid out to a bank account or UPI app, or sent to another person. If you would rather have the money back in your bank account, choose back to the account you paid from when you start a return.

Not the same as friend-code credit. The store credit you earn when a friend you referred gets their first order is a separate thing, with its own rules and an end date shown with it. See the terms.

Questions

If a balance looks wrong, raise a ticket in Your account → Support and we will look at it with you. We reply there, so the whole conversation stays with your account.
