Partner programme terms

These terms apply to anyone who joins the Miska partner programme at miskafashion.com/partner. By joining, you agree to them and to our privacy policy. The shop's own terms & conditions cover the shoppers you send.
How it works
You get your own code and link, and a link for every piece. When someone opens one of your links, your code is remembered on their device for 30 days; a shopper can also type your code at checkout. If they place an order in that time and it is delivered, you earn your category's percentage of the price of the pieces in it — not the delivery charge. If they open another partner's link afterwards, the most recent link counts.
Your rate
Your rate is set by the category you are in, shown on your dashboard. Miska may change rates or move partners between categories; a change applies to orders placed after it, never to orders already recorded.
What does not earn
- Your own orders, or orders placed from your own account.
- Orders that are cancelled or returned, or not delivered.
- Orders placed while your account is paused.
- Orders we reasonably believe were obtained through misuse (see below).
Getting paid
Earnings become payable once the order is delivered and are paid by UPI to the ID saved on your dashboard. You are responsible for entering it correctly; money sent to a UPI ID you saved cannot be recovered by Miska if that ID was wrong. Payouts are made periodically, and your dashboard shows what is due and what has been paid. Where the law requires, tax may be deducted at source, and you are responsible for any tax on your own earnings. If an order is returned or refunded after you were paid for it, Miska may adjust it against later earnings.
Sharing fairly
Share your links honestly. Please do not:
- make claims about Miska or its pieces that are not on our website;
- send spam, or post on coupon or cashback sites;
- run paid ads on the Miska name, or pretend to be Miska;
- place orders through your own link, or ask people to order and cancel.
Pausing and ending
Miska may pause or close a partner account that breaks these terms, and may withhold earnings from orders obtained through misuse. You can stop at any time; earnings already due on delivered orders will still be paid.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the date of the change on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
