These terms apply to orders placed on miskafashion.com, run by Miska, . By placing an order or signing in, you agree to them.

What we sell

Demi-fine jewellery finished in 18K gold PVD over brass. Photographs are taken to show each piece as it is, but colour and finish can look slightly different on different screens and in different light. Sizes and weights are given as a guide.

About anti-tarnish. Every Miska piece is chosen and finished to be anti-tarnish. Because the plating is done by our suppliers, a few pieces may occasionally not hold up as well as they should. We are not the only party in that chain, but we check our stock constantly so that 99% of what we send meets our anti-tarnish standard — and if a piece of yours does not, tell us and we will look at it with you.

Prices

All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes. A delivery charge of ₹49 is added to every order and shown in your bag before you order. The amount you pay is the one we confirm with you on the call.

Orders and payment

Placing an order on the website does not charge you. We call you to confirm it, then send the payment details on WhatsApp; you pay by UPI or bank transfer. An order is confirmed only when the payment has reached us. We do not offer cash on delivery. If a piece is no longer available, or a confirmed order is not paid within a reasonable time, we may cancel it and refund anything already paid in full.

Your account

You sign in with your Google account. Please keep it secure; orders placed from it are treated as yours.

Referral codes

A referral code or link from one of our partners is optional and does not change the price you pay. Partners are covered by separate partner programme terms.

Care and wear

Plating is a finish, not a lifetime guarantee. Following the care guide — put the piece on after perfume and lotions, wipe it after wearing, store it dry, keep it away from chlorine and cleaning liquids — keeps it looking its best for years. Wear and tear, and damage from chemicals, knocks or misuse, are not defects.

The photographs, words and designs on this website belong to Miska and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version on this page on the day you order is the one that applies to that order.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
