What delivery costs
A delivery charge of ₹49 is added to every order. It is shown in your bag before you place the order, and confirmed with you on the call.
Payment before dispatch
We do not offer cash on delivery. Your order is packed and dispatched once the payment has reached us.
How long it takes
Orders usually arrive within 4–8 working days after the payment is confirmed. Remote pincodes, public holidays, weather or courier delays can occasionally make it longer; we will keep you posted if they do.
Tracking
Once your parcel is handed to the courier, we share the courier's name and tracking number on WhatsApp.
If something goes wrong
If your parcel is late or does not arrive, contact us and we will take it up with the courier. If a parcel is lost in transit, we will send a replacement or refund you in full. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody was available, re-sending it may carry a fresh delivery charge.
